Why is my weather non updating on my watch. I have it set to update every hour. Information technology doesnt at all. I take to go into gear settings then weather and toggle off and then on the location for it to update.

I had a similar problem recently, mine was also set to one 60 minutes & when I realized it was off past more than ten degrees I knew something was wrong.

I checked when the last time information technology had updated was and it was over v hours earlier. At that betoken, I tried admittedly every affair I could remember of to get it working and NOTHING worked.

I finally figured out that the acuweather site was not working right. The next morning, it started working just fine over again all by itself, and I hadn't inverse annihilation..........

Y'all have to employ the stock weather app, it syncs with the gear.. I had the same problem, switched back to stock weather and everything works as it should..

I had this problem, Im using a custom rom.. You desire to make sure you have accuweather widget installed.. theres also a weather condition service apk. Pretty much anything related to weather must be on your phone to exist safe.

These may exist considered "bloat" to some, without them the weather wont update.

Also I had to reinstall galaxy gear manager, now my weather updates hourly.

I just purchased a Galaxy Note 4 and for an added $55 deal I got the Gear 2 Neo smartwatch with it. I am having tons of fun with both the phone and the lookout man. I thought I would do a Google search on how to fix the issue with the Gear 2 Neo non updating the weather application when I have the Location button turned off and information technology brought me to this folio.

Same here. Galaxy watch 46mm and Milky way S10+. I believe that it auto updates while my phone is on wifi, merely it does not update on LTE fifty-fifty if i endeavor to force information technology on lookout. If my phone is not on wifi it updates thru Galaxy wearable app.
